EPA Energy Star New Homes Program Version 3 Update. This class will be a Two-Day class to update all existing and New Raters on the EPA Energy Star New Homes Program Update. EPA is working together with Rater Trainers to ensure that Home Energy Raters are prepared to successfully deliver ENERGY STAR for Homes Version 3 Guidelines to their builder customers.  Raters will be required to take this training by the end of 2011.
